How it works

1. Collect
Scheduled jobs read reporting data from our ad accounts through the official Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising APIs.
2. Store
The data is kept in our own Google Cloud warehouse, next to our partners' sales records.
3. Ask
Signed-in staff ask questions through a connector in Claude or ChatGPT. Answers come from our warehouse, using our own definitions.
4. Check
Every night the platforms' numbers are reconciled with our sales records, and any mismatch is reported to the team.

Built to be safe

Read-only today. It does not create, edit or pause campaigns or change budgets or bids. Any future change will need a staff member's approval and will be logged.

Staff only. Sign-in uses Google, and an administrator must add each person. There are no outside users.

Our accounts only. It reads only advertising accounts that Dream Shake Media owns.
